These sessions allow us to release many pent-up emotions and resistance that we might have consciously or unconsciously. Sometimes these stuck energies are the source of much pain and suffering, either mentally, emotionally, or physically.

Being in a group environment allows for a relaxed approach to healing. It is nonetheless very powerful healing, and you learn from others about the experiences and events during the session. Sometimes you will be surprised by the similarity of the experiences.
