How Much Light Comes To You?

Healing is not only what we do in silence—it’s also how we walk through our days.

This past month, I had a day where everything felt like it was unraveling. The baby was crying, I had back-to-back appointments, and I barely had time to eat. I could feel old stress patterns creeping in—tension in my chest, short breaths, and that familiar urge to “power through.”

But instead of pushing forward blindly, I paused. I went to the other room, closed the door, and did 5 minutes of Pranic Breathing. I visualized cleansing my aura and energizing my body. Within minutes, the storm inside me calmed. I felt clear again—still busy, yes—but centered. A new clarity rose and I was inspired to take action with my cup full again.

That moment reminded me: Pranic Healing isn’t just something I offer—it’s something that saves me in everyday life. It brings order where there’s chaos, light when I feel overwhelmed, and grace when I need patience the most.

This situation reminded me of a quote from Master Choa Kok Sui:

"The Light is always there. How much light comes to you depends on you."

You don’t have to wait for the perfect time or space to heal or wait until things feel they are out of control. Start where you are. Breathe. Feel. Release. Realign.

As we wrap up June, I invite you to ask yourself:

Where do I need to bring in more peace?

What part of me is asking for attention and light?

With you in this journey of awareness, growth, and subtle yet powerful transformation.

Warmly,

Luis
