Post-Treatment Care
11 simple tips that will
maximize the benefits of treatment
These tips are reccomended to fully take advantage of the healing session and to allow for maximum absorbtion of the energy.

Do not wash or shower for the next 12-24 hours after session to allow for a more thorough assimilation of energy

Keep your thoughts and actions positive. Expressions of gratitude enhance the healing, such as saying ‘thank you” often. Mentally repeating the affirmation “ completely, deeply and permanently accept all the healing energy, with gratitude” several times throughout the next two days, can also assist the process.

Practice forgiveness on a regular basis. Doing so helps promote both physical and emotional healing.

Try to rest or limit yourself to light activity after the session to utlize the projected energy for healing rather than doing.

It is preferable to do Meditation, e.g. Meditation on Twin Hearts, at least twice a week

Eat light meals, try to be vegetarian or at least abstain from red meat for 12-24 hours after the healing.

Stay Hydrated. Drink plenty of water.

Refrain from smoking. Avoid alcohol consumption or have it in moderation.

Take salt baths on a regular basis no sooner than 12 to 24 hours after the healing. For severe cases, take salt baths up to three times a week. This cleanses the energy field around the body, which can accelerate the rate of healing. To make a salt bath, use 1-2 pounds of regular table salt, rock salt or sea salt. Dissolve the salt in a bath of water (Optional: Add 8-10 drops of lavender oil or tea tree oil). Soak for 20-30 minutes and follow with a regular shower to wash off the salt water.
